ok my heading is a bit misleading!
the one trip that i will be using this pack for is lands end to john o groats! this is a very flexible pack excellent kangaroo pouch on the front which holds a 2 litre platypus easily!a map pocket on the front of the kangaroo pouch with a water resistant zip should keep my home printed maps dry!.
my tent sleeping bag roll mat and very minimal spare clothes only take up half the inner pack with room for cooking equipment and food with space to hold my jacket internally or externally if you wish to pack under the hood, incidentally the hood has a nice generous compartment which holds all of my essentials washing, meds, first aid etc
the only weak point of this pack is the lack of a rain cover, as i have a 50 ltr water proof liner this is of no issue to me!
the extensive side mesh pocket can hold water proof trousers nicely and even a 1 litre fuel canister
Does the job
I bought this back pack to carry my gear to and from festivals.
It has ample space and the design helps to carry it long distances.
